sql query-enable Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default

i would like to enable "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" for all users
Is it possible using Execute SQL Query ?

which is the query to enable this option ("Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" for all users )?

Anybody know the field in the database for this or where to find it? I'm looking at the database in phpmyadmin and not having any luck. I suspect this is part of the "options" which appears to be a stored array....which means this may be harder to change than I expected.
