Simple Style

how do i get a style of forum like that? All I want is for it to be blue instead of red, and the reason I like that style is that last post is shaded gray threads is shaded white and post is shaded gray which is easy on the eye.

Any help on how i might pursue my plan?

- You can try coding yourself in local server.
- Try to modify and exisiting style into that ( asking author's permission )
- Try and hire a professional to do that for ya $$
