what is standart/optimum server requirement for vbulletin?

Can someone tell me or give link to what is standart/optimum server requirement for vbulletin?

like memory_limit, max_execution_time, max_input_time, and others

i am using dedicated server now, the server always down every day now, so i need to tweak my server

These settings all depend on the server, and what all your running.

memory_limit: 32M is usually enough, try 64 if not
max_execution_time: 30
max_input_time: 30
