How to edit b this?

I would like to change - in redirected forums to my own.

you would want to use your phrase manager and look for the " - " and change it to whatever you want

I cant find it in phrase manager, what phrase did you find?

It's actually hardcoded in the function construct_forum_bit (in includes/functions_forumlist.php).
