You mean when they ask you "are you sure you want to start a thread in this section" with the captcha box?

because the link doesn't show anyone much unless they've started a thread in that section

Not the Captcha feature but the entire BST section. Which mod is used for that & providing feedback in that section ?

That modification is iTrader I believe, unless I'm wrong, since I'm not logged into DP.

Feedback system is iTrader, everything else (auctions, bidding, etc.) is a custom system we made for in-house use.
