Question about drop down menus

On my site www.BlackberryOS.com/forums/ if you click the 'forums' tab, it shows a drop down menu..What i would like to do is take the headers (in the dark blue) and have those only appear when the tab is clicked. Then if you click on one of the Section names ( ie..Blackberry Devices), once you click that it creates a side menu that appears with the break down of the section...

Is this possible? A mod/hack for this?
