Hello i am try to get help how to keep the total members block open all the time

That is from a modification. Questions regarding modifications need to be asked in the modification thread. That is where the support for modifications is - not out here in the main forums.

1)You should ask this in the modification's thread.
2) In the modification's option in ACP, find "Collapse Display" and put it to "no"
