Cookie Domain Path wont reset
 
Reset the cookie domain to be blank
Currently: .gow2forum.co.uk

I cannot login to the admincp due to the cookie domain is set wrong. I have uploaded the tools.php file and clicked reset next to the cookie domain

It takes me to a blank vBulletin page and does not reset the cookie domain.

how do i fix this?

delete your temp internet files form the browser, clear cookies, restart browser.

still didnt work.. still unable to login :\

I have even manually set the cookie domain via phpmyadmin and i am still unable to login :S

Disable your hacks via config.php and see if you can log into the admincp.

Does tools.php reflect the change in cookie domain? Also check your cookie path.
