Moving Welcome Graphic Over Slightly

I need to move my Welcome graphic which is located under
the header over to the left about 1/2 inches so that it aligns
better with the graphic above it.

Does anyone know where I can find this in the admin CP? Once I
find the code, which code should I focus on changing.

Sorry, I just lost the person who was supposed to change this today
and it looks really bad.

OMG... that worked... but, I knocked my Sign/In NavBar all the way over to the
Right...LOL. I've tried a few things to change it and I can't figure out what would
place it back, flush left, under the welcome header. If anyone knows... I'll be up
reading all night trying to figure this out :eek:

maybe center it, but then add spacing in between the image and the ad....

So center the NavBar and try to add more spacing between the google ads and the welcome placement. But, should I reposition the placement of the NavBar?
