SQL Query to Remove All Users from a Usergroup

Could anyone please help with a simple MYSQL database query, to remove/uncheck all the users belong to certain usergroup? I just want to get them out of that usergroup, not delete them from the forum system.

if you delete a group in admin cp..they will be automatically moved to registered members group
