Dynamically update online store links to affiliate links?
 

Does anyone make a plugin for the latest version of vBulletin 3.8 that can dynamically update the online store links that are posted in the forum to affiliate links?

i.e.

Someone posts a link to a product on Amazon. I want the link to autoupdate with my affiliate link inserted.

Someone posts a link to a product on Buy.com. I want the link to autoupdate with my affliate link inserted.

etc. etc.

Can this be done?
