how to enable WYSIWYG editor for all existing users?
 
i have modified the settings on the editor options..(in the admincp) but its only for new users... (WYSIWYG editor for default)

but i want to know if is there any way to set the WYSIWYG editor default for ALL the existing users..

admin cp > maintenance > execute sql query > pick it from teh dropdown. Make sure you allow yourself to run queries by having your userid in the 'can run queries' spot in the config.php file first.
