Little Question

I have done some work on some css boxes to go around the join date, location, post count in the postbit_legacy template page. I have put boxes around everything, including the aim, icq, msn and skype icons. Although if no one fills in their icq, msn, skype and aim details then the box still appears with nothing in it. I have pointed it out in the screenshot below:

You may have to look hard because the empy box is below the one with the mood icon in it:

How can I get rid of that box, but for only the people who don't enter their aim, icq, msn and skype details?

You would have to put a condition around the box. Something like:

Around which bit? Is it somwhere in this code? I tryed to put it somewhere here but all the icons dissapeared even if somone had entered their aim names etc.
