staff shield(s) help..

trying to use different staff shields on my forum using this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=203019 but it only works for the admin/mods, i want different shields for members that belong to a certain usergroup, but for some reason i can not get it to work, can anybody help ?

(i pm'ed the developer, but have not heard back yet... patience is not my strong point, have been messing with this since last week)
