Defualt before Topic Name
 

Can anyone tell me where the "Default" is coming from?

It's on every post, BEFORE the topic title.

See my screenshot for example.

That looks like it is supposed to be your default post icon.

Go to your AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Thread Display Options (showthread) > and check your path for Show Default Post Icon

Does anyone know how I can change the REST of them

They just say: "Talking" "Exclamation" etc

I couldnt find it in the VB admin CP, so i searched it in the DB, found it and changed it. Still didnt fix.

Go to your AdminCP > Post Icons > Post Icon Manager > and you need to edit the path for each one you have, might have to do the same for smilies and whatnot as well
