PM Thread Participants

I am looking for a mod that will allow a moderator (via the Thread Tools menu) to compose a PM to all the participants of a thread.

Clicking on that option would open a new PM message with the participant's names filled in (thread creator and everyone who has replied, with duplicates removed - those who replied twice).

If that doesn't seem possible, even a separate page or pop-up box with those usernames in it, so I can copy/paste into a new PM (would like them to be separated by ; for ease of use).
