There are many things you can do. For starters though you're going to need to open up your thread content to guests.

I can see your threads. But I don't see what that has to do with that page. What is it about that page that you are wanting? I think Princeton has a link in his profile to an article on how to make a page with that sort of layout. I'd guess there is a query to grab the staff members from each of those user groups and then a template for each profile.

I believe the one used here at vB.org is custom code but there are some hacks out there like this one by Hasann that will give you similar functionality.
