prefix not shown ??
 

hi all

i am facing problem with showing prefix, at the forums display.

i gave example for a thread :


image1 at the forum index page i can see the prefix:

image2 when i entre to the thread forum i cant see the prefix:

please help me !!

Check your threadbit template. Make sure it was updated to include the prefix. Go to Edit > View History > Compare to see your compared to the default Jelsoft template.

Go to Edit your threadbit template. Hit the View History link in the upper left corner and then hit Compare. That will show you the changes in the template from the default. You can then go Edit your template and add in the differences. OR, go to Edit your template, copy/paste the contents to your computer. Then go back to the template list, select the threadbit template, hit Revert. See if that works out. If it doesn't, then go back to Edit it and copy/paste back in the original template contents.
