cURL Enabled

Hey, I was wondering if somebody could help. I'm using a modification and the author has told me that I need to enable cURL on my server for the modification to work best to it's ability.

Can anyone guide me in enabling this service?

In advance, i'd like to say thank you for anybody that can help.

If you are on shared hosting, you will need to ask your host to do this.
