Yes I go to ACP - Usergroups - usergroup manager - edit webmaster - Username HTML Markup - first box i put this: <b><span style="color: #0033FF;">

and second box: <img src="/images/online_Webmaster.gif"></span></b>

So are you trying to use this as the online/offline image or just an image by the username? Is this going to be by just YOUR username? What exactly are you trying to do with this?

just trying to put this as a image next to the webmasters and administrators.

Best thing I can think of at the moment is using that as a rank image for the administrators and webmasters and just changing the templates as far as where the rank is displayed

Have you tried just moving the image to the first box? ie:
<b><img src="/images/online_Webmaster.gif"><span style="color: #0033FF;"> (second box: </span></b> ) ?
