Create a new style with no parent:
  • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
  • Parent Style: No Parent Style
  • Title: Default vBulletin
  • Allow User Selection: Yes
  • Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it's still happening, you should reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

At that point, with the default files, the default style, and no modifications, you should have a totally default board. If it still isn't working properly, then you should put in a support ticket.

I will do it and check it again

Thanks Lynne for help

As I said, if you did everything and still have the same problem, put in a support ticket.

This could be slightly more sinister:
