Whenever I post it says it's a duplicate post ? - Please can someone help
I get this message whenever a user posts on my forum (including me as admin):
--------------------------------- This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes. You will be redirected to that thread. Click here if your browser does not automatically redirect you. --------------------------------- Why is this happening ? Can anyone help. |
Try disabling your plugins and see if you get the error.
Open up your /includes/config.php and after <?php add PHP Code:

Though it still makes the post, I just don't understand why it says that.
NOTE: I recenlty moved servers and the DNS hasn't resolved as yet. Could this be the issue ? |
It could be but it seems to me that your system is thinking there is already a post there when there isn't which could be a mod, add that code and if it works tell me what mods you have installed.

Acutall that was already there, so I just removed it now and will try it.
By the way I get this error whenever I try to open some posts: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/footie/public_html/forum/showthread.php(2153) : eval()'d code on line 381 |
You need to contact your host regarding your memory error.
