Pulling List of Banned Members and their IPs

Is it possible to run a query that would pull a list of members that have been banned, including any IP addresses they have used?

If a query is not possible, what's the recommended approach for doing this?

I am proficient with PHP and MySQL but not too familiar with the inner-workings of vB.

Have a look at how the "Search IP Addresses" function works (located in both Admin & Mod CPs).
