Database Error ( please help me )
 

Hey guys

Before 2 month ago, i just upgrade my forum 3.7.2 to 3.8.2 , Last weak i try to add sum Plugins & Products then it's showing like this

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.2:

Invalid SQL:
DELETE FROM faq WHERE product = 'welcomepm' AND volatile = 1;

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'product' in 'where clause'

when i try to go in FAQ it's showing same database error. I think , it's have sum problem in my SQL. i don't want to lose any post or my members!! if any one able to help me! that will be great thing.please help me...... Sorry for my bad english!!

seems that a product has messed something up. try to remove your product files from the system. Access your FTP and go to the /forums/includes/xml and remove the "welcomepm" product or any file related to that

before you do that be sure to disable/uninstall from admincp product manager

You'll want to open a support ticket over @ vB.com, as the issue (so far) looks complicated and probably can only be fixed with someone going into the database.

sure if they can fix that prob for me i will ,.. i don't any thing about SQL things. if i did anything happen wrong i will lose my data in site also members . i need sum one know how to do these thing please tell the process to make ticket and sorry for my bad English thank you !!!

i made ticket out they just give sum thing tell me to add ......... when i try to do that it's showing when i try to do that ...it's showing like this

If any one able to do this............ we will pay for $ 40 USD to them so please fix for me!!!

Do you still get the error if you disable the plugin system?

You should post in the Paid Requests forum if you wish to offer money to get this fixed.

where is paid request forum? please fix my databse ....... ..no one is help me !!! :(:(:(:(
