vb.org Archive - Missing files and code line

I am in the process of editing my files, I am using vBulletin version3.8.0

There is no: includes/functions_showthread.php I did a research and have found this where they did not do this step and things worked fine: http://www.warezscene.org/scripts-te...ti-sports.html

The next issue, on this part: includes/functions_showthread.php this line I can NOT find, and see others have had the same issue from googling: error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE);
