Make popup to show all smilies bigger

Hi !

In the editor you can choose the option to see al the smilies. This opens in a popup window. I want to make this popup bigger, but don't know how to do this.

How can i make this popup bigger?

Drag the corner or side of the window to the size you want it to be. ;)

I don't know if you ment this in a funny way, but i want to code it to open bigger in default. How can this be done?
