Login error ?

Some members while trying to login in my forum got this error -

And did you do what it suggests - "reset via tools.php"?

Thats what i wanted to know how do i do this coz i havent played with do not upload files before.

Hmm, that wasn't very clear in your original post.

Anyway, upload tools.php to your admin cp and point your browser to it (yoursite.com/admincp/tools.php). Enter your customer id. Then click on Default Language at the bottom. Select English. Submit.

OK the login problem i fixed by running the optimise/repair table thing but after that some members get this error while trying to post new thread -

No idea is it related to above error or something else.

any help ?

Look in your error_logs. (If you don't know where they are, ask your host.)

I really don't know. I'm not that familiar with this server error. You can read this - http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E400.html I'd try turning off all your plugins and seeing if that fixes it.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

Don't forget that for vbseo, disabling the modification means to also get rid of anything extra you added to your htaccess file.
