Editing Banner Text??

Hi,

I currently have this banner on my forums home page, and every other page and I would like to edit it if possible to have a scrolling or just fixed text to display our next club meeting's on every page as the calender function is not always that obvious in being a reminder to my forum members:

Where about would I find this text in the Admin CP? I thought it might be under Styles & Templates, and then under common templates somewhere in the header, or headinclude box, but I can't seem to find anything there?

Mike.

You've got a custom skin, so I'm not sure exactly where it is. Try this:
To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.

If you are talking about 468 X 60 banner it might be an image. Right click it see what location it is in and edit the image.

Hi,

I have now managed to edit this banner so that it no longer appears. I'm hoping to be able to do something with in in the near future, until then I'll just keep it as it is.

Many thanks for all your replies, I appreciate it ;)

Mike.
