Insert a link to go back on the top on the forum

In this thread I will explain in a simple way how to insert a link to go back always above (at top) of the forum.
Download the attached file, unzip it and then upload the file "top.js" in the root of forum.
After go to AdminCP> Styles and Templates> Search tempalte and open the template "Header".
At all enter this code:
