Is there any way
 
That I can send an email that I have received to my forums, the reason I ask is because I get weekly updates with images from a footy site and I would like to post the same on my forums

Or can you think of a better way of doing it?

You want to send out an email every week to your users with a link to a news letter that you post on your site? Under the Users list in the Admin CP is the SEnd Email to Users link. Have you tried a search here for "news*" or "*letter*" in "all mods" "titles only"?
