Where are the style files located
If you make a change to say the postbit template in the default style where and what is the relevant file called on the server or does it change the db?
I know you can upload and download styles, but what if you want to move say for customised templates from one forum to another? Thanks if anyone can explain..err assuming I have lol. |
Templates are stored in the database. You may set a different style for different forums in the Forum Manager.

Oh I thought they were php scripts. In that case do you know if they are stored in the same table and if so which?
|
They are all in the table "template".

Be careful of caches, etc., that you may have to update as well - see what vBulletin does in its files.

Thanks for the heads up. But after looking I ve decided to editing them all again, safer and less fraught!
