How do I add remove items from this bar?
 
Circled in red...and what is the name of the bar? Are there any diagrams that I can use in the future to ID features on my vBulletin site like the previous question?

That is called your navbar and you may modify it by editing your navbar template. If you do a search on "navbar" in "articles" "titles only", you will see a few articles on how to do this.

Thanks, I had changed them a year or two ago but had forgotten how and the nomeclature........thank you again.
