Different Rep + Post Count in Subforums
Good afternoon, we currently have a large vB community, and are looking at launching a sister site with a different topic. The end goal is to keep the user database between the two sites. We intend to create a forum within our current vB database, and have it hidden under one domain and visible under the other. Now the trick is, we want users on site A who have post counts and rep counts already, to log into Site B and have a rep count and post count of 0. This way newcomers to the new community will start at the same levels as everyone else. I cant seem to find a mod or tutorial explaining how to do something like this, and would appreciate any input.

Unless I'm mistaken this would require a pretty significant rewrite of some of the code, especially for Reputation.

Well I can't imagine it being too incredibly difficult. I'm not super concerned about Rep, mostly about the post count. If it is only possible with the post count I would be happy. Any ideas?
