vb.org Archive - Enable Disable Moderator Ban Permission

Hey guys,

I was just wondering how I can find out if a Moderator can actually ban a user or not?

Is there an on / off permission somewhere in the AdminCP?

Also what's the best way for them to ban a person on the board? Usually they just need to ban spammers, so I recommended going "delete posts as spam" then selecting to ban them through that menu.

But I don't actually know if they have the permission to ban or even see that ban menu in the delete posts as spam wizard thing :erm:
