Media linking

Ok i was on a forums and I entered a youtube link like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqRirX6Y5Eo

After I hit submit it showed up on a post like this:

How do I do that? When you click it it looks like this:

Were is the mod for that, it is really cool.
