how to change language

hi ,
i have using this mod , i couldn't change language farsi .

are you support this mode farsi language ?

i'm using this name :->>

lang_Arcade_fa.php

but couldn't text :->> http://forum.p30pedia.com/arcade.php?

i have change encoding to utf-8 but couldn't viewing .

please guide me .
