How to make buttons in the navbar

My template has a single bar with "text" in each option. Like this navbar, but i want to make differents buttons like tis image

Look like they are all images.

You need a code something like this to use images in navbar.

Thanks, but what happen with the botton like "LINKS" that have a MENU.. how can i make it work with a botton?
