Hello,

I'm looking for a hack that allows to a member to be an administrator of a usergroup and to be able to add members to this group.

Or to make him administrator but with only the power to add people to usergroups.

Do you know a such hack ?

I believe the term is "group leader". If someone is a "group leader" they can accept people who request to join (joinable) usergroups. It's built into VBulletin by default IIRC. (TBH, I've never used it)
