How to add CAPTCHA to vbulletin New Thread ?

I need a bit of help as I want to implement CAPTCHA to new vb threads just like Digitalpoint has. I know there is a mod for this but have searched vbulletin.org and cannot find it ?

Does anyone know what this mod is called ?
