Blocking contact info on open forum

Is there a mod for the latest version of vbulletin that will block contact information on a open forum

Lets say, a user puts their telephone number, or email address on the open forum, etc the mod will automatically delete it and replace it with some sort of text?

**snicker** Haven't seen a mod that will do that, but if someone is naive enough to post that kind of info, perhaps they deserve the pain that goes with it? :D

That might be true, and in most cases I would agree, but I do what I can to protect my members. A forum I used to belong too, I believe had something in place that did this. Either that or they were super quick in removing it.

Thanks for the reply.

The biggest issue is someone posting someone else's number. Happens quite a bit on some forums.

Or their email address, with out asking the person first, and then that person getting a ton of email or phone numbers.

So far, it has happened only ones as one of my forum guidelines is no posting of contact information on the open forum, and so far everyone has obeyed it, but figured if there was a mod, then it just make things a bit easier.
