REP POWER modification... How do I make it like this?

I'm trying to make my site have a reputation system where there is a "Rep Power" and that rep power gets increased by number. So for example someone could have at the beginning "Rep Power: 2" then after they have been repped a lot they could go up to "Rep Power: 103000". If you see the bodybuilding.com forums - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?p=330804671, they have it like this.

Go to vBulletin Options > Thread Display Options > Post Elements

Rep Power is in there.
