How can I get categories look like this.

Hello.

I would like to make my forum's homepage look like vbulletin.org in terms of table's structure.

I'm trying to edit the default VBulletin style.

What I have is something like this.

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachmen...1&d=1242411925

And I want it to look this way. (Categories on top)

And finally each category in one table.

Just want to know if I can do this in the AdminCP or what file do I have to edit manually in Dreamweaver.
