Template Condition Help

I'm trying to find a condition that would allow me to detect if the user is on a mobile browser.

Example:
If user on a mobile browser = show the following

or

If the user is on a non-mobile browser = do not show the following.

Hope I didn't confuse anyone.

You will need to find a separate script such as this one to actually detect and redirect users to your desired page:
