Separate sticky threads from others

What does it do?
It displays a separator between sticky and non-sticky threads in forum

Points of interest:

No template modification needed
Can be disabled in forum settings

How to install?

Install *.xml file via Admin Control Panel (Product management)

My addon almost entirely based on Marco01 mod for the same purpose. However, Marco's mod has uncached template, which causes 1 more query per forumdisplay.php page. I posted a correction at that addon topic, but author didn't implement it into his mod. So, I decided to post all that by my own.
