How to tell if on PM page?

In my forum, the PM area appears to be fixed, where all other pages are fluid in width. This throws off my right hand advertisement.

Since it only seems to be on the PM page, I can code the div differently on that page.. But what would the if conditional be to tell if your on the PM pages?
