Display MOD CP link in the footer for Mods

Hello

My mods are complaining that they are not able to see the Mod CP Link in the footer. But as an Administrator, I can see the links.

How to enable this for the mods and super mods. I have 10 mods and 3 super mods in my forum.

Kindly advise.
