adding urls

I have been wondering how to change the url add like we have here as in when you enter the url you can add text. I have been looking like mad for this but cant see it for looking or looking in wrong place?

You want to modify the vbulletin Insert Link popup? That is javascript and I am not good at that so I can't really tell you what to do to change that.

I believe that popup is necessary to work around some browser quirks with IE.

Do you know where the mod or hack is I have looked round for it on here but cant seem to find it or is it a setting within vb?

It should be like that by default in IE. (A custom style may have changed this though.)

When I go on my own site and on a test site with no mods I get the following

I want it to be like the on on this site when uploading but cant seem to see the option or mod for this
