my admincp was working now i get this error?

i tried replacing the file and still it doesn't work any help?

That's a hack related issue, globally disable your hacks related to the "upload" hack you installed, as you cant access your admincp, you will need to globally disable them via the config.php file.

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
