You say they can't upload them, but it seems they are able to upload them if they show up in the admin cp. So, I'm guessing it is more a matter that they can't use them. You have the [img] tag turned off for signatures, so are they using [ sigpic ]? Does the text show up in their signatures or does the whole signature not show up?

In the images you just posted, you have Allow Image BBCode set to Yes. On the other images you posted, you have it set to No. I really don't know if that is the problem (I don't use sig picts on my site) but it is worth looking into.

Is anything showing up in the source code for the image? Have you tried disabling your mods to see if that fixes the issue? How about a default style?
Create a new style with no parent:
If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem. Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php PHP Code:

You may check the directory your sig pictures are supposed to be in by looking in your admin cp > avatars > user picture storage type
If you've disabled your plugins and tried a default style and you have sig pictures on for users, you should probably put in a Support Ticket over at vb.com |
