Please can you tell me how to create the subfourm in the fourm

Create a new forum and select another forum as "Parent Forum"

adminCP >> Forum Manager >> at category choose "add child Forum", see picture

then, if you want to display :

adminCP >> vBulletin Options >> Forum Listings Display Options >> change "1"
